Our Commitment
CricFlicks takes copyright infringement seriously. We will promptly investigate all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to content that is found to infringe on the rights of copyright holders.
We operate a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on CricFlicks without authorisation, please submit a written notice containing the following required information:
Your Identification: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address as the copyright owner or authorised representative.
Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
Identification of the Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) on CricFlicks where the allegedly infringing content is located, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate it.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48–72 hours on business days.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy
CricFlicks maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Under appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be terminated. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who abuse the DMCA process.
False Claims Warning
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA notice with materially false information may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
